Also, please remember once the App is functioning as normal, we've had the best experience NOT using the option to sign in with Touch ID. It tends to delete the password in the process & disables the account.
You are much better off choosing to SAVE both your USERNAME & PASSWORD. Then, tap in the middle of the screen to login versus your fingerprint.
StudentVUE App Login Tips:
Please note, you will need "Allow Location while using the App" OR search: 56701
Login will fail every time otherwise as you won't be connected to Thief River Falls Public Schools.
Need to connect to District 564? In the bottom left corner of the StudentVUE app, should allow you to "add the District URL" by searching for 56701.
Otherwise, in your iPad Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services > StudentVUE: switch to While Using
