Access to Google Accounts

The account is suspended five days after the last workday. 

• As long as this type of account doesn’t incur a cost to the district or exceed storage allocations, this account will remain active.
• The employee is removed from all email groups.
• Access to other Google features such as Drive and Photos will be turned off.

The account is immediately suspended upon notification from Human Resources.

Student accounts will remain active until December 30 of their graduation year. 

Students continuing at the NWALC, or through a special education program until age 22, will retain their account until graduation.

Student accounts of students that have unenrolled will be suspended that school year.

The account is suspended on the last day in office.

The account is suspended on the last day of service.
