School Messenger Set-Up

Families of District 564 should automatically receive messages to the contact information that has been provided in ParentVUE

  1. Please make certain that your contact information (email, phone, text) information are up to date either in ParentVUE, or by contacting your student's building office.

  2. Also, check your SPAM folder periodically to see if a message has inadvertently been delivered there.
    • Creating a Contact for any sender delivered to a SPAM folder can help prevent this from happening in the future.
      • For example, please add:

        • District: commonly sent from

        • CES: commonly sent from

        • FMS: commonly sent from

        • LHS: commonly sent from
