Get Ready to Enroll

Documents or Information to gather:

  • Birth Certificate
  • Vaccination Records
  • Legal Documents (Custody Agreements, Restraining Orders, etc.)
  • Contact Information: Emergency Contacts, Doctor
  • Open Enrollment form, if applicable

Registration Information:

All registration for new and returning Kindergarten through 12th Grade students should be completed online at the following link for

PARENTVUE  

  • If you've never registered a student with ISD 564, you'll have to create a ParentVUE account.
  • Please, save the login information you've created to access ParentVUE again in the future, including reviewing your student's registration information annually.
  • Parents of students in middle school and high school will access ParentVUE to view your student's grade book, attendance, course history, and to set up Parent/Teacher conferences.
  • If you have questions, please reach out to the appropriate school(s) below, or access the instruction documents below.
