Build and strengthen relationships with minority students and families (with an emphasis on Native American students and parents). Increase time and services to close any existing achievement gaps.
Provide cultural activities to increase all students’ awareness of different cultures and ethnicities.
Expand committee membership to include a parent rep from each district building.
Analyze data for minority students to determine academic goals and possible interventions.
